Angry Protester Demands return of ‘ High Quality Gas’
Jim Breton is angry about what’s happening at gas stations, and he’s not taking this sitting down. Breton is demanding the return of the expensive gas he was buying not three months ago. “This is an outrage” says Breton. “Just a few months ago, I could get gas that was worth $1.50 a litre, now all I can get is this cheap 80 cent crap” He also claims that this is an evil form of collusion between auto manufacturers and oil companies “Aside from the fact that I was using less gas back then, so I was obviously getting better mileage, I’m sure this stuff must be terrible for my engine. Well obviously GM, Ford and those guys need to sell more cars, so they are selling us this bad gas to kill our cars!” to back up his claims, Breton has taken out full page ads in some national papers demanding the return of ‘The Good Stuff’ as he calls it. Asked how he can afford these full page ads on his salary as a bowling ball return mechanism repairman, he was quick to say some anonymous donor were happy to contribute to his cause.
